Author’s Resource Box
The author’s resource box is perhaps the most important element in your article on marketing. This is your chance to introduce yourself to the reader (and potential lead) as well as to create valuable backlinks that will be replicated every time someone re-publishes your article.
The Do’s and Don’ts
Do include your name and title in author’s box. Approach it as you would any initial business contact. Also include the URL to your website or blog.
Do create a USP (Unique Selling Proposition) to introduce your products or services to the reader of the article. Write a sentence or two about why your offering is unique and include a call to action leading them to your website.
